Barclays Bank has awarded a two-year ATM outsourcing contract to NCR Corporation, a US-based technology company.
As per the agreement, NCR will be responsible for the management and maintenance services of 550 remote and host operated ATMs of Barclays Bank.
NCR will also deliver a complete managed services solution which includes incident management, helpdesk services, first and second line maintenance and managing cash replenishment services in partnership with Loomis, a provider of cash logistics solutions for financial institutions.
NCR said that the contract will be managed from its Eurocentral customer care center near Glasgow.
