Bangkok Bank, Thailand's largest commercial bank, is to upgrade to DST International's HiPortfolio/3 software. The bank has also said it will be integrating its front, middle and back office operations using DSTi's Front Office and Performance Solutions.

DST has said that its HiPortfolio/3 product suite, scheduled to go live in the third quarter of 2006, will enable straight-through-processing for Bangkok Bank’s fund management operations.

Alongside this, DSTi’s Front Office and Performance Solutions will provide the bank’s dealers and fund managers with better tools to improve their performance, in addition to supporting the compliance unit with the monitoring of both internal and external and external regulations.
