Arthur J Gallagher & Company, an insurance brokerage and risk management services firm, has announced the acquisition of Fuller & O'Brien in New York. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Fuller & O’Brien is a retail insurance broker providing commercial property or casualty, workers compensation, surety bonding, and risk management services to its clients primarily in the northeast of the US.
Thomas Tyrrell and his associates will continue to operate in their current location under the direction of Douglas Brown, northeastern regional manager of Gallagher’s retail property or casualty brokerage operation.
