AmVest Capital, a provider of financial services and solutions, has partnered with New York-based direct lender Arbor Commercial Mortgage to deliver multifamily product line to its client base.
AmVest will now offer a complete line of Fannie Mae DUS products to its group of more than 100 banks across the nation. Loan amounts will begin at $1m with no maximum.
