AMRESCO Commercial Finance has appointed John Blizzard as senior vice president to help build the third party special servicing and primary servicing business across the US.
The company said that Mr Blizzard will be working with banks, hedge funds, insurance companies, regulatory agencies, and other services in order to bring more solutions to the growing challenges in the non-performing commercial loan market.
Earlier, Mr Blizzard was the chief business officer at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Seattle.
