NYCE Payments Network has said that American Express Travel Related Services, is now an issuing participant on the NYCE ATM network.

The agreement includes priority routing to NYCE Payments Network, a US electronic payments network and an FIS company.

NYCE already provides ATM services to American Express cardholders, including cash advances and withdrawals.

Marek Luba, vice president and general manager for global ATM services at American Express, said: “American Express places a premium on facilitating convenient access to cash and account services information, and NYCE has been a strong ally in meeting this need for our customers. This new expanded partnership with NYCE allows American Express to further enhance our operational capabilities and economies of scale.”
