According to an article from Investment and Pensions Europe, ABP is thinking of opening an office in Asia.
The pension fund is thought to have identified a number of likely locations with Hong Kong, Shanghai and Singapore all thought to be in the running. However beyond possible locations, few other details were mentioned in the article, with staff size still under consideration.
The rumors circulate as ABP puts together its latest strategic investment plan for 2007 to 2009.
