Chicago-based bank Oak Bank has deployed Fiserv’s Premier bank platform, outsourced processing services and many additional solutions to boost the products offering to its customers.

The induction of these technologies will enable the bank to integrate, innovate and improve the functionality of digital product offerings, to match the scenario of customer focused banks, Fiserv said.

Additionally, a $218m bank has picked up a number of other technologies from Fiserv, including CheckFree RXP and CheckFree Small Business for bill payment, Mobiliti for mobile banking, Business Online and Retail Online for online banking.

It has also selected Branch Source Capture and Merchant Source Capture for check capture, Business Process Manager for new account and process management, Fiserv Clearing Network for image exchange and solutions for debit card processing.

Oak Bank vice president and chief financial officer Rob Sullivan said, "We want to be able to serve our customers wherever they are — whether they’re snowbirds, frequent travelers to foreign countries or residents of a new neighborhood."

"Our customers expect robust digital offerings that include fully integrated, single sign-on access to online information. As a constant innovator, Fiserv understands what my customers want."

Established in 1970, Oak Bank is dedicated to offering financial services from a locally owned and operated base.
