Global transaction banking services provider Fundtech has unveiled a mobile remote deposit capture app (mRDC), NetDeposit Mobile Express, for financial institutions to offer cost effective service for their retail client base.
The application is available through the Fundtech service bureau and can be added to a Financial Institutions’ (FI) existing mobile banking service or delivered as a standalone feature.
Customers can avail the services by logging-into a FI-branded mobile application, use an intuitive interface to take a picture of the cheque with their mobile, and deposit them securely.
The multi-language, easy to use software also detects and corrects missing payee endorsement, suspicious activities or image validation errors before submitting to ensure a hassel free deposit experience for customers.
