French corporate and investment bank Natixis has appointed Ghislaine Mattlinger as its new CFO.

Mattlinger will report to Luc-Emmanuel Auberger, member of the Senior Management Committee, in charge of Finance and Risks. She will become a member of the company’s Executive Committee.

Mattlinger began her career in 1989 as internal auditor at Arthur Andersen in the Banka and Financial Markets. In 1996, she joined the financial brokerage firm Viel Tradition as CFO. In 2001, she was appointed CEO of Compagnie Financiere Tradition.

In 2004, she co-founded corporate finance advisory firm Aurige Finance. In 2006, she became CFO of PagesJaunes Groupe and deputy CEO in charge of finance in March 2009.

Since April 2010, Mattlinger had been deputy CEO in charge of finance of Poweo.
