Bravura Solutions, a supplier of transfer agency and wealth management software applications, has named Jason Wilby as its global strategy, risk and planning manager.
In this newly created role, Wilby will enable effective risk management policies and processes that promote better organisational performance, increased efficiency and enhanced effective governance.
Based in the Sydney office, Wilby will report to Rebecca Norton, Bravura’s CFO.
Wilby joined Bravura in September 2008 as the head of human resources – global wealth management and prior to accepting his new role, was the head of change – global wealth management.
Norton said as Bravura continues to grow and acquire businesses in different markets, they have been focusing on business transformational activities and process improvement that assists in making the organisation more efficient, robust and scalable. They are extremely pleased that Jason has accepted the role in support of this new Company focus.
